Pike County Mugshots & News began more than a decade ago with a simple mission:
to build a reliable, community-focused informational page and offer
affordable, effective advertising for local businesses throughout Eastern Kentucky.
From the beginning, our platform has operated independently and
is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Our Beginning

Around 12–13 years ago, we launched this platform with one goal: inform the public and support
local businesses with advertising options they could actually afford. We knew it would take time
to build trust — and it did.

For the first five years, we personally funded the website and operations out of our own pockets.
We worked day and night because we believed the community deserved a dependable source of updates.

Eventually, two local businesses took a chance on us. For nearly two years, they were our only advertisers —
and one of them is still with us today. Their early support kept this project alive, and we remain grateful.

Growing Through Dedication

By year seven, we finally broke even — not counting the countless hours spent posting, researching,
maintaining the site, and covering local incidents around the clock.

The real growth came over the last four or five years. We are not wealthy, but we are stable, sustainable,
and proud of what we’ve built with consistency and hard work.

Our Values: No Fame, No Spotlight, No Agenda

We have never wanted attention, notoriety, or special treatment. For this reason,
the publishers remain anonymous.
This platform has always been about the community — never about personal recognition.
