If all charges were dismissed, the person was acquitted, or the arrest was clearly made in error, they can submit official court documentation.
You review the request and either remove the page or update it to reflect the final disposition.

3. Factual Corrections
Correct names, dates, agencies, booking information, or other factual errors after receiving supporting documentation.
No fee.
4. Report a Wrong Person
If the wrong person’s photo or information was published, provide identification or official documentation.
Correct or remove immediately after verification.
Requests submitted without supporting documentation will not be considered.
